As of September 1, 2026, We are changing the rate settings, including the flat-rate fares for Haneda Airport. We will divide Area A into three sections; the price will be raised by 1,000 yen in one section and lowered by 1,000 yen in another as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haneda Airport Flat-Rate (Business Class Sedan &amp; Minivan)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A-1 Section (Chiyoda, Minato, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Bunkyo, Chuo) \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>17,000 Yen (No change)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A-2 Section (Meguro, Setagaya, Taito)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>18,000 Yen (1,000 Yen up)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A-3 Section (Ota, Koto, Shinagawa)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>16,000 Yen (1,000 Yen down)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B Section (Nakano, Toshima, Sumida, Arakawa, Suginami, Nerima, Itabashi, Kita, Adachi, Katsushika, Edogawa)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25,000 Yen (No change)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Policy Changes (All Classes)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regarding Narita Airport, we will maintain the current fare; however, we will make the round-trip highway toll a mandatory charge, with the exception that no charge will be applied if the toll road is not used due to specific circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regarding specific vehicle models, all highway tolls incurred during vehicle relocation are mandatory for the Business Class Coach (HiAce) and First Class Sedan (Mercedes EQS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regarding the hourly service, the rate for English-speaking drivers will remain at 12,000 yen per hour, while the rate for non-English-speaking drivers will be reduced to 10,000 yen per hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regarding non-airport transfers (A-B transfers), the minimum rate for the Business Class Minivan (Alphard) will be raised from the current 17,000 yen to 18,000 yen, while rates for other vehicle models will remain unchanged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are discontinuing the paid child seat service and will provide them free of charge; however, please note that we may not be able to provide a child seat in your desired size at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The surcharge for late-night and early-morning hours (12:00 AM to 6:00 AM) will continue to apply in order to secure drivers except the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tac-z.com\/?page_id=2464\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.tac-z.com\/?page_id=2464\">Night Liner Service<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are unsure how to make a reservation, please email to sales@tac-z.com with your name, account number, desired date and time, departure point, destination, number of passengers, and any other requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amidst ongoing inflation, we have long refrained from raising fares; however, in order to secure drivers, we are now streamlining our fare structure, which will entail a slight price increase.
