As for toll, we're currently charging toll (for Shutoko Expressway, etc.) in addition to fare for cars separately. This is because the authorities adopt Environmental Road Pricing (ERP) policy in Japan.

Strongly agree because the customer should understand the pricing correctly.

Last year (2023) we acquired a First class electric car (Mercedes EQS) , but had received very few orders from Tokyo American Club. *

I use the Club’s car service mostly for airport transfers, so First class vehicle wouldn’t be needed but luggage capacity is more important.
It’s too expensive
I don’t have any occasions to use First class cars.
First class car should be gasoline powered.

An Uber Bar

Z Mobility has opened an experimental bar in Ginza, where you can have some drinks to wait for your Uber driver. Which of the following is the closest to your impression? *

Ginza is a strange place where people have to walk outside of certain area to get a taxi (including an Uber car) in the night. It’s a good idea to get an Uber car where I drink.
It’s good to get an Uber car right in front of the bar, but I don’t go Ginza for drinks.
